With a career spanning various sectors including SaaS, BPO/BPaaS, digital health, clinical operations, and data analytics across disruptive start-ups to mature business units. Throughout his journey, Zac has aspired to leadership proficiency in sales, operations, partnerships, strategy, scaling, and finance. He is known for his authenticity and transparency, and his ability to grow organizations through clear goals and objectives. He received his B.A. in History from DePauw University and his MBA in Strategy from Indiana University. Zac considers it a privilege to collaborate with some of the most passionate, brightest, and dedicated professionals in the industry.

Sesha Mudunuri

Chief Operating Officer

Sesha Mudunuri, Imagenet’s Chief Operating Officer, brings a wealth of experience in technology and health plan operations, characterized by strong leadership and a passion for customer service. Previously serving as the COO at Commonwealth Care Alliance and Magnolia Health Plan, Sesha has overseen critical areas including information technology, claims processing, and member/provider experience. His strategic leadership has driven significant growth and operational improvements, including a 35% increase in marketplace membership and successful value-based contract conversions at Magnolia Health Plan, a subsidiary of Centene. He attended the University of Texas for an MS in Electrical Engineering and attended Osmania University for a Bachelor of Engineering. Sesha's role at Imagenet involves collaborating closely with other leaders to advance capabilities, operational performance, and scalable solutions.

Abhishek Sengupta

Chief Commercial Officer

Abhishek Sengupta, Imagenet’s Chief Commercial Officer, possesses extensive experience at the intersection of healthcare and technology driving sales and building best in class GTM and marketing functions. With a background in payer sales and strategic leadership roles at innovative health tech start-ups, Abhishek has a proven track record of enhancing member engagement and shaping go-to-market strategies. Prior to his healthcare roles, he worked in multiple strategy and analytics roles at Symantec and FedEx Corporation. Abhishek has an MBA in marketing from the University of Georgia and an MA in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics. Abhishek's dynamic leadership style and proven track record make him a valuable addition to the Imagenet executive team.

Patrick Smith

Chief Product Officer | Corporate Compliance & Quality

As Imagenet's Chief Product Officer, Patrick Smith leads product strategy and innovation, advancing solutions to increase efficiency for health plans. With over 18 years in health plan operations, Patrick has developed and implemented key solutions for diverse healthcare organizations, from private firms to statewide providers. His expertise ensures that Imagenet’s product offerings stay aligned with industry needs, enhancing operational efficiency for clients. A U.S. Air Force Veteran, Patrick studied at Central Texas College, the US Air Force Non-Commissioned Officer Leadership Academy, Community College of the Air Force, and several aviation and logistics academies.

Matt Crockett

Chief Financial Officer

With over two decades of experience in Financial Planning, Reporting, Analysis, and Operations, Matt Crockett is a seasoned Global Finance Leader. Before joining Imagenet, Matt served as Controller at Butterfield Fulcrum Group, where he spearheaded the development of the Financial Planning & Analysis function. His role extended to overseeing Financial Operations across North America, Europe, and Asia, where he led multiple successful acquisitions through finance due diligence, close, and subsequent integration. Matt is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV). Matt's passion for financial analysis and his adeptness at leveraging data and metrics to support decision-making align perfectly with Imagenet's commitment to innovation and excellence in the financial realm.

Vidhya Bhat

Chief Data Management Officer

Vidhya Bhat, Imagenet’s Chief Technology Officer, has extensive experience spanning over 20 years in the Healthcare Tech space. Vidhya plays a pivotal role in carrying out operational efficiencies and driving cost controls and productivity gains while leveraging emerging technologies. She holds a BSc in Chemistry from Women’s Christian College and an MS in Computer Science from Hampton University, VA. Serving as our Chief Technology Officer, she stands as a subject matter expert in document management and workflow automation. Vidhya’s expertise has been instrumental in providing solutions to some of the nation’s top healthcare providers.

Angie Lanasa

As Imagenet's Vice President of Contact Center Operations, Angie Lanasa holds over 25 years of expertise in the call center sphere. Angie has spearheaded the creation, implementation, and enforcement of performance management strategies in both in-person and virtual management settings, overseeing 10+ managers and 300+ representatives. Angie is dedicated to empowering her team members to take initiative and harness their talents, cultivating an environment that fosters growth and innovation. She ensures the delivery of a seamless and integrated customer experience across multiple touchpoints.

With over 20 years of global HR leadership experience, she orchestrates a people-centric approach aimed at achieving business objectives. Kate's expertise spans talent acquisition, leadership development, and diversity, equity, & inclusion initiatives. Kate holds a Bachelors in Psychology from Sacred Heart University, a Masters in Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven, and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at UVA Darden School of Business. With a proven track record of delivering strategic and operational HR solutions across diverse industries and markets, Kate's consultative leadership fosters an environment where human capital flourishes, driving sustainable growth and competitive advantage for Imagenet.

Daniel Jong

VP Corporate Development

Daniel Jong, Vice President of Corporate Development at Imagenet, leverages over a decade of experience in finance, strategy, and corporate development to drive the company's growth and strategic initiatives. Daniel holds expertise in mergers and acquisitions, integrations, and corporate strategy. Prior to his role at Imagenet, Daniel served in various corporate development roles, including at Cart.com, a venture-backed ecommerce enablement services provider, where he executed multiple transactions that were critical to helping the company achieve unicorn status. He began his career in investment banking and also gained valuable experience in private equity. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rice University and a Masters in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

Angela Cooper

Sr. Director of Claims

Angela Cooper leverages over 15 years of experience in healthcare claims management to drive operational excellence and compliance. In prior roles at health plans, Angela has directed the development of business policies, procedures, and workflows related to Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial plans, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations. Prior to joining Imagenet, Angela served as the Director of Claims at Liberty Dental Plans, where she was instrumental in processing timely claims across multiple states, leading regulatory reporting, and collaborating with clinical and market leadership. Angela holds a diploma in Insurance Billing and Coding from Concorde Career Institute and is proficient in various medical pricing systems and coding guidelines. Her passion for operational efficiency and strategic collaboration ensures that Imagenet’s claims operations are optimized for success.
