The company also announces the appointment of Abhishek Sengupta as its new Chief Commercial Officer. Abhishek brings a wealth of experience at the intersection of healthcare and technology, and his strategic leadership will drive Imagenet's sales and marketing functions to new heights.
Prior to joining Imagenet, Sesha served as the Chief Operating Officer at Commonwealth Care Alliance, where he was responsible for overseeing health plan operations, including information technology, claims processing, member and provider experience, and various other critical areas.
Previously, Sesha held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Magnolia Health Plan, overseeing a $2.1 billion P&L, claims processing, member and provider experience, and network contracting. His strategic leadership contributed to a 35% growth in marketplace membership and a successful conversion of 30% of the membership to value-based contracts with downside risk.

Residing in greater Los Angeles, he attended the University of Texas for an MS in Electrical Engineering and attended Osmania University for a Bachelor of Engineering.
In his previous roles, Abhishek Sengupta served as the Chief Revenue Officer for two innovative health tech start-ups, where he focused on enhancing member engagement. His expertise in payer sales was further showcased during his tenure as the Senior Vice President of Payer Sales at Change Healthcare, where he also played a crucial role in shaping overall go-to-market and solutioning strategy.
Before entering the healthcare sector, Abhishek demonstrated his strategic acumen as he led the Strategy, Planning, and Pricing team at Symantec. Prior to that, he served as a Marketing Fellow with FedEx Corporation, where he spearheaded various marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and solutioning initiatives.
Abhishek holds an MBA from the University of Georgia. Residing in greater Los Angeles, Abhishek's dynamic leadership style and proven track record make him an excellent addition to the Imagenet executive team.
