DATANET 

One of Imagenet’s greatest differentiators is our proprietary, award-winning document repository, and workflow solution, Datanet.  Document and form images are created, and key fields are indexed according to client business requirements, making the search and retrieval of document images fast and reliable. Datanet is highly customizable and intuitive to use.  Images can be stored for the life of the contract or for up to 10 years in accordance with CMS retention requirements.  Datanet employs robust security features and controls that are used to ensure PHI and other sensitive information is accessible only to those who should have access.

Imagenet’s Datanet platform can host client images along with client-defined metadata, index data, and Daily reports.  Our clients have the option to administer the application or Imagenet can manage the tool on your behalf. The software provides our clients with the ability to perform a complete audit of all activities performed on client Datanet site – can be downloaded for any specific date range as a report. Client user usage reports are also available.
